New home plumbing
Trust Plomberial for reliable plumbing installation. We ensure quality and sustainability in every project, so you can enjoy a worry-free plumbing system.
A reliable plumbing system, installed like a world
Are you building a new house or are you starting a major renovation project? It's not time to play plumber on Sundays. A new plumbing installation is the heart of your home. If it's done wrong, you'll know it... and not in the best way. At Plomberial, we install sustainable plumbing systems, designed for the long term, with quality materials, solid expertise and attention to detail that makes all the difference.
Our customers choose our team because they want a job well done the first time, without surprises, without delays that drag on, and without the need to call us back six months later because “it's sinking somewhere in the wall.”

A turnkey service, without headaches
We take care of everything, from A to Z. It starts with a meeting to fully understand your needs, your plans, and your constraints. Then, our team plans the complete installation: piping, ventilation, connections, compliance with standards... everything goes. And since we know the North Shore like the back of our hand, we make sure that everything is done according to local rules.
Whether it is for a single-family home, a cottage or a plex under construction, you can count on an efficient installation, without wasting time or hidden costs. Our aim: that you turn on the faucet for the first time and that everything works as if it had always been there.

The complete installation generally takes 3 to 6 weeks, including rough plumbing, tightness tests and installation of the appliances. The schedule depends on coordination with other trades and the complexity of the project.

A plumber with an RBQ license guarantees compliance with Quebec building codes. The general contractor coordinates all trades. For a standard residential project, a licensed plumber is generally sufficient to manage all the plumbing work.

The Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) requires a municipal construction permit and that the work be carried out by a contractor with an appropriate license. Your plumber usually takes care of administrative procedures and regulatory compliance.

Rough plumbing includes installing water pipes, drains, and vents in the walls prior to closure. Finishing plumbing includes installing faucets, toilets, sinks, and other visible appliances after finishing walls and floors.

PEX is preferred for water supply (flexible, frost resistant, quick installation), while ABS or PVC are used for drains. Copper is still a sustainable but more expensive option. All must meet CSA standards.
